Biography:

Developed public health expertise with almost 30 years’ experience. Worked on evidence based health projects funded by USAID, DFID, ADB, GIZ, EC and UNFPA in Afghanistan and Bangladesh. The specific areas of expertise includes program design, manage program and budget, capacity building of staff and partners (public, NGO and private for profit), mobilize community and civil society, facilitate and promote organizational learning and contribute in national policy and strategy formulation. Experienced in coordination and assisting team members to ensure effectively monitor and evaluate and take appropriate measures for improving quality and effectiveness of the projects. Demonstrated analytical, presentation and report writing skills by working for major donor funded projects. Known as a team player and innovative solutions provider under pressure and in complex situation.
