Biography:
I have been working in the development sector since 2015 and Rohingya response since December 2017, and have good knowledge of the context, sectors, and stakeholders. I have a Masters's and Bachelor's Degree from Jagannath University, from the faculty of Life and Earth Science. I am fluent in both Bengali and English. Have 5 years of experience in both refugee and rural settings. Expertise in field research & monitoring with data analysis in both refugee and rural settings. Also have expertise in communications, WASH, project planning, and implementation. Published 19 scientific researchers. Besides, I can serve in the following areas in the NGO sector; Photography and videography of project activities, ensuring visibility for donors and other stakeholders, writing a project report, case story or success story and situation reports, conducting any baseline or end-line survey, design and implementation of research, prepare audiovisual fund-raising content.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recognize organizational needs for the evaluation, set internal research agendas, and generate evaluation plans to answer key questions about ECONS processes and progress toward organizational goals
- Work with people from multiple ECONS teams to seek and maintain insights into all aspects of the organization to support cross-cutting evaluation activities, identify and address collaborative goals, incorporate multiple viewpoints, and meet the needs of multiple stakeholders
- Oversee and conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, interpret and synthesize results, prepare high-quality, tailored disseminations for a range of internal and external audiences, and generate recommendations to inform ECONS decision-making
- Coordinate and oversee a complex set of evaluation projects
- Provide rigorous and efficient consultation to support other departments’ evaluation needs. Provide guidance to develop individual staff members’ skills and ECONS’s capacity to operate as a learning
- Effectively supervise and develop and field staff
